it is said that every picture is equal to thousand words... a good picture consists all these words systematicly arranged... be it intentionally or coincidentally...
I don't think so. Some do it as hobby and some for random clicks. If you are determined about your object/situation then you can build up story. but you need to study about object/subject/situation first.
